We have put together our most frequently asked questions below to help you use the portal to it's full potential and support you and your family. If you can't find the answer to your question below please contact us at [email protected]

How do I access The PDA Portal?

The Portal is accessible on desktop but we suggest the best way is to use the Kajabi app on your phone or tablet. This is the platform we use to host The PDA Portal.

With the app you can download each webinar and workshop to your phone, so you can listen on the go. Just search Kajabi in your app store then log in to the Portal and get listening.

Why isn’t a video playing in the Portal?

If a webinar isn’t working try refreshing the page or clearing the cache or cookies on your browser and try again. If you are still experiencing issues please email [email protected] for further assistance.

How long have I got to watch webinars and replays of live workshops?

All workshops and Webinars are available for 90 days from when they are released.

When are workshops and webinars available each month?

Live workshops are at 1pm GMT/BST on the 2nd Friday of the month.

How do I join a live workshop?

All the live workshops are hosted on zoom - a link will be emailed to all members of the Portal.

How do I access on-demand webinars?

All on demand webinars are released on the Portal every 4th Friday of the month. You will find them in the webinars area once you have logged in.

Can I ask the speakers questions?

Yes you will have the opportunity to ask your questions directly to the speaker or you can email them to [email protected] in advance.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, should you decide to cancel your membership your access to the Portal will cease on the last day of the final month you have paid for. Note when you leave you will no longer have access to the event recordings.

How do I cancel my membership?

Cancelling your membership on The PDA Portal:

Login and click the circle icon of a person in the top right corner next to the word LOGIN
Select settings from the drop-down menu
In settings you will see ‘billing info’ in the top right corner - click on this to see your active subscriptions
Click the drop-down menu in the subscription and select delete

If your subscription is not through PayPal. It will be through Stripe. You do not need to do anything further to confirm cancellation.

If your subscription IS through PayPal, you may wish to also cancel from within your PayPal account too.

How to cancel your recurring payment or subscription through PayPal:

In order to avoid any delays or admin errors, it is best to cancel directly with PayPal (just as you would cancel any direct debit with your bank)

Please find instructions below on how to cancel through your PayPal account.

Log in to your Paypal account
Click on Activity
Select 'Nicola Reekie'
Then click "Manage The PDA Space Payments - it will display a new screen saying "Active"
Click the "Cancel" button
