Holding Space As You Let Go

If this is your first purchase from us, you will need to create login details when you register.

If you have previously purchased something from The PDA Space, you will use the same login details.

Please make sure you save your login details so that you can easily access the course or materials.

Access Period / End Date

This offer includes fixed-term access to Holding Space As You Let Go until 14th September 2026

After this date, access may end and the materials may no longer be available.

This offer does not include lifetime access unless this is clearly stated otherwise.

If This Is Your First Time Purchasing from The PDA Space

  • Complete the checkout form using your full name and email address.
  • Make a note of the email address you use.
  • Select Card or PayPal and enter your payment details.
  • Confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
  • Click the purple COMPLETE MY PURCHASE button.
  • You will then be asked to create a password to access the course or offer on The PDA Space online platform.
  • Please make a separate note of your password.
  • Once you have clicked SUBMIT, you will be taken to the next page, where you will find further information about how to access the course or offer.

If You Have Previously Registered for a Free Event or Made a Purchase from The PDA Space

  • Complete the checkout form using your full name and the same email address you have previously used.
  • Select Card or PayPal and enter your payment details.
  • Confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
  • Click the purple COMPLETE MY PURCHASE button.

If the system recognises you as a previous purchaser, you will be taken to the next page with further information about how to access the course or offer.

If the system does not recognise you, you may be asked to create new login details.

As a member of The PDA Space, whether through a purchase or free access, you agree to the following:

  1. To respect any confidential information shared by participants in workshops, comments under webinars, or related PDA Space Facebook groups.
  2. Not to disclose information of a personal or business-confidential nature.
  3. Not to violate the privacy of any other participant.
  4. To act in a respectful manner at all times.
  5. To contact The PDA Space with any concerns as soon as they arise, so that a prompt and mutually agreed resolution can be sought.

What You Can Expect from The PDA Space

  1. A positive user experience.
  2. To be treated with respect at all times.
  3. Respect for your privacy and the appropriate handling of confidential information.
  4. That your personal information and data will be handled in accordance with UK GDPR.
  5. A timely response to questions, queries, and concerns during UK working hours.

General Terms and Conditions

Please note that these Terms and Conditions apply to all means of access to The PDA Space materials and content, including but not limited to:

  • Single purchases
  • Annual memberships
  • Monthly memberships
  • Paid trials
  • Free passes
  • Free trials
  • Fixed-term access offers

These Terms and Conditions also apply to content owned by, or featuring contributions from, including but not limited to:

  • The PDA Space
  • Speakers, whether named or anonymous
  • Writers, whether named or anonymous
  • Additional guests and event participants, whether named or anonymous

By purchasing or registering for any paid or free offer, you agree to the following:

  • All PDA Space materials provided to you, whether paid or free, remain the property of The PDA Space and may only be used by you for your own personal use, as authorised by us.
  • Materials must not be reproduced, distributed, copied, recorded, shared, or sold, as doing so may infringe copyright law.
  • Materials must not be downloaded unless this is specifically permitted and clearly stated, for example in the case of accompanying worksheets or slides.
  • You must not infringe any copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights belonging to those listed above.
  • You agree to follow the specific Terms and Conditions of the offer you purchase or access, including refund eligibility, payment terms, trial access, and any other relevant agreements.

If any breach of The PDA Space Terms and Conditions is identified, The PDA Space reserves the right to revoke access to materials, refuse future purchases, decline refund eligibility, and request payment of any outstanding monies due.
